Our Team

Marion Ducellier
Marion has 10 years of experience in construction. For the last 3 years she has been responsible for the development, construction and ESG strategy at JSSREM. Previously she led numerous construction projects (from small to multi-millions), and has experience as project leader for on-site construction. She graduated from ENTPE with a master’s degree in building engineering, and a master in Sustainable construction at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.

Dounia Azouini
Dounia has a versatile asset management background: the last 3 years as a portfolio manager in charge of repositioning and global strategy of a >250mios value-add mixed-use portfolio. Previously, she worked, among other positions, as asset manager at Allianz Real Estate, and investment analyst at DEA capital. She holds a master’s degree in architecture and urban planning from UCL and a master’s degree in real estate and urbanism from ESSEC.
